Any Yamaha rxv473 owners out here? Want to know which speakers you are using for it.

Can any RXv473 users share which speakers they are using? I am looking for Floorstanders for this receiver.

My budget is around 40k and speaker to audience distance is 6 feet.

6 ft n towers may sound big.lf you dont plan for 5.1, then stereo amp can be better.

6 feet for FS it would spoil your listening interest. Try wharfedale BS for you listening Else go with Jamo too. At our budget you could try a decent speakers from these brands.

Paradigm mini monitors with 473 with wharf center. These are bookshelves.
For floor standers you will need the 673.

Sonodyne. FS are 7ft apart & listening distance is 8-9 ft. 473 is powerful enough to drive the system without any problems.

Using Boston Acoustics A 26 bookshelf speakers..at present running it in stereo mode...didn't feel the necessity for the sub woofer, and center channel in few months..
