U cant go wrong with amazon.com. u need not have any worry about packing, or anything else. if u have a problem it is immediately redressed. so if u r happy with the price(everything is transparent, no hidden charges, even if the customs duty is more amazon bears it and if it is less it will refund u the same)
i have regularly shopped on both usa and uk sites and never had any problem at all. in 2 transactions i got customs refund. in one instance i had bought a vintage model recordplayer cum cd, cassette & radio. and the cartridge got loose and one of the wires got disconnected. as soon as i wrote them enclosing a photo of the same, i was sent a new unit and was given a credit bonus of $10/-. if u need to return something DOA they will even pay for the transportation costs.
