Are Emotiva speakers equally worthy?

Hi,

Emotiva amps are very popular in audiophiles but are speakers good too compared to other brands?
Well I did get some good pictures of ERM-6.2 LCR Monitors online.

So has anyone heard it before?
How they sound paired with Emotiva amps?

Though the parts appear to be all chinese, it looks like the speaker is pretty well built. It might end up sounding better than entry level speakers of more well known brands.

They will be good replacements over cheap monitors as they are slightly bigger in size than satellite speakers and smaller bookshelves. They work well in HT applications though not so much in audio applications. Be careful about the impedance if you intend to purchase them - they typically are 4 or 6 ohms. Obviously most AVRs wont drive the 4 ohms well.
