Are the wall mounts included in box for Sony Bravia KLV-40S550A?

Are the wall mounts included in the box for Sony Bravia KLV-40S550A? Or do the installation Engineers get it with them? Will there be extra charges for the wall mount brackets? Let me know please. It has been 4 days since I bought the TV and am waiting for the installation engineers to visit!!!

the brackets are included with the KLV-40S550a, but they wouldn't come in the box, the personw ho will come from the company for the free installation and demo will carry it for you when he visits your home.

You need to co-ordinate with the delaer from whom you have bought the Set, as they are the ones who gets you the appointment from the company. usually its between 3-7 days from the date of purchase.
