Bang and Olufsen India

I am trying to contact Bang & Olufsen India regarding a software issue in my wife's Beocenter 9500 for the last 10 days. I am not getting a response from any of the numbers listed in their Mumbai or New Delhi establishments.

Have they moved elsewhere or closed operations in India?

Any information would be welcome.

The store in Emporio was closed for renovation just before the lockdowns in March. Don’t know if they have opened it up.

But I was able to speak to them over the phone.

Strange behaviour for such a high end lifestyle brand.

I tried to contact them for a quote in September with no response from either their FB page or contact number.. If you are not an important person or you don't have connections, they don't respond it seems..
