my tv has 16A plug..it is plugged to 5A.

Come on guys u should have an idea how huge is 16A current
is most items dont need such huge current ,uff !!

If the pins match then use the belkin. There is no need to hunt for spike busters with 16A sockets. Even my 2000W induction heater uses an ordinary two pin plug and a plasma is never gonna draw such huge currents.
