I have a BenQ W4000i and using it for over a month now, its performance is great, and no complaints about it.
However recently encountered a problem and couldn't get proper support from BenQ folks from Chennai.
When I power on the system, I get the BenQ Logo and it turns off the projection LED. I checked for any temperature rise indication and removed the HDMI cable and nothing helped. It failed at the same point always.
How is BenQ support in Chennai in general or it's just because of the holiday season, my projector gave up from 28-Dec-23
