I have a pair of B&O Beovox S75 speakers. These were my dads and I've been using them for my analog set up (JVC QL-7 TT --> CNC Phono Stage --> Sansui 3900z amp)
The speakers have served me very well, and no real complaints. However, I feel in the mid- high sections, there is some "tearing" happening in the sounds on the right speaker. This could be to a problem in the source or the chain, but maybe these speakers are also feeling their age (30+ years in use!)
Has anyone used these? How do you think they perform? If I were to buy something new that is comparable in sound quality, or an improvement, how much would I need to spend? Can you recommend some names?
