BEST 5.1 receiver + speakers for 2-CHANNEL listening.

Hello friends,

We all know that when it comes to 2-channel performance, integrated amps and stereo receivers are undeniably better than 5.1s.

If we keep aside high-end models for a moment, which entry or mid level 5.1 receiver is a better 2 channel performer and with which speakers as fronts (BS or FS)?

It is understandable that receiver + speaker combination could be endless, so, how about a price range - receivers (any brand) between 25K to 35K + BS or FS (any brand) pair between 20K and 30K
