True. even the service for a subsciber(me in Hyderabad ) is so pathetic for AV MAX. I had to call for all months from FEB 2009 to receive my copy and that too at the end of each month. The response team-Rocky Joseph does keep lying - office is moved, this and that issues. Ulltimately I have not recieved for April 2009 and June 2009.

While I could easily buy off from the stands, I have subscription left till November. I regret my decision but reivews wise I guess its OK and Hi Fi Choice reviews are too technical in my opinion.

IMHO, Stereophile isn't as bad as poll suggests... I enjoy Stereophile articles and find their comments more or less accurate. (Especially Wes Philips' review of the Sennheiser HD800 seems to be in sync with the comments @ Head-fi)

Truth In Journalism is a reasonable standard.. I just believe there is no ABSOLUTE TRUTH and everything varies.
