Try Focal Chorus 816, recently I have auditioned most of the above mentioned speakers. Focal stand out from rest

You should try Mordaunt Short Mezzo for sure.... I heard them with Marantz and it sounded good.

I think you should look at either dali icon or PSB. Both are very highly rated for their price. Very few speakers are comparable at this price to these

I would second Ikon 6 & PSB, and perhaps add Monitor Audio RX6 if u are looking for better bass.

PSB has an amazing Bass, more amazing vocals and gud treble, it's a neutral speaker, will reveal anything from the music.
