Audiophile gurus need your advise if World Space Receiver signal has low bass < 25 Hz so that it can be reproduced by a sub

Lossy encoding does tend to truncate frequencies at either end of the audible spectrum, and the more lossy the encoding the more this truncation.

Worldspace I believe uses 128 kbps for most channels.

A subwoofer will have limited utility, since it cannot boost what is not there in the first place.
