budget 2.1 chnnel speakers

hi everyone...i am new to this site..but am using it to its fullest...right now i am thinking of buying a 2.1 channel speakers for using with my laptop/ipod....my budget is around rs.4000...i generally listen to rock/semi classical/bollywood music....and watch some movies...from the reviews i found the altec lansing v4621 and edifier c2..are the best options.......plz.......tell me if any other option is also available.......if not which of these is good..........

Your choices are good. I like the altec lansing. Better try to listen to your choices and decide.

Check out the now discontinued Altec Lansing ATP 3. Performs decently if you can give the sub-woofer some space to breathe properly !!
