Please search the 'for sale' section of the forum. I think there are a couple of AV receivers listed for sale here.

Be patient, and wait for the right one to come along. I see atleast 1-2 receivers listed for sale every week or so - so if you wait long enough, the right one will come along.

Poineer RS32 was available for 36000 a month or two back at Reliance Digital. It has facility for active subwoofer.

Onkyo 3500 does not have that facility...
