Budget soundbar?

any suggestions for cheapest soundbar with both hdmi in and hdmi out ports?

MOTOROLA AmphisoundX Vibe 160 W Bluetooth Soundbar..i am using this from flipkart for my 55 inch smart tv.makes a difference in the tv output sound.boomy bass also available.but i had to change its remote twice within warantee..so do seek extended warantee etc in the initial offer.cheap since about Rs 5K only. so nobody has any clue about budget soundbars or do these so called hifi audio enthusiasts think only expensive systems are worth buying?
