Budget Tv vs Flagship(H9G vs LG C9)

To be honest.. If it was available 2 months ago, I might have gone for H9G over C9 just coz it provides 95% of the performance at 50% of the cost without the risk of Burn in. However, reliability is also a huge concern due to the price segment. One might not spend 1 lakh for a TV which might not last beyond the 1 year warranty.

True! We need to be wary if we need to use it for long time! Many of buy TV considering a long 7-10 years upgrade cycle. I personally wouldn't change till it doesn't give up the ghost! :D

In USA such TVs work due to use and throw culture. They have a very short upgrade cycle. Such TVs make more sense for frequent upgrade cycles.

Plus in USA, You can get 5 year extended warranty for a reasonable price from Costco and best buy etc. That makes it much more reliable. Plus, TVs are cheaper there in comparison.

Not only TVs but most electronic products are quite cheap in the USA compared to India because there's more demand of wide range of products in the US but in India our government simply tax those companies heavily. In order to compensate the tax they sell for much higher prices

@Rane-2020 I would take Quantum TV's reviews with a grain of salt. I feel that he is extremely biased and very tech illiterate.
He always shills whatever TV he currently owns. I remember him shilling Samsung QLEDs a few years back and then back to loving his Sony OLED and then to the H9G. He deleted a bunch of videos from before.

Yes, I think so too. The U79 I bought recently is within 10-15% of my B7 oled in terms of black levels and PQ.
I'm assuming h9G would be even closer.

According to him

LG CX this☝ type of quality. I just leave it at that, plus H9G I think it's not available for now in india atleast
How dumb does he think people are? Like you can clearly see that the Lg is running at a lower resolution and there is also that weird flickering going on. It makes me so angry that there are people who still trust him.

Quantum TV is an idiot. Also, he's comparing the prices of 65" CX with 55" A8G to make Sony look better. At the same size Sony is much more expensive. Also, no HDMI 2.1 on Sony.
