Any idea where I can get 50m of (shielded) interconnect cable of good brands like Blue Jeans, Monoprice etc. so that I can terminate my own cables?

If quality of shielding is important, try the Gotham GAC-2 available from Promedia Mumbai. They'll ship to most destinations. No affiliations to seller, just an impressed user.

IME, there is no balanced cable with better shielding than the GAC-2.
