buying Planet Earth from amazon.com

I see that planet earth is selling at 29$ in amazon.com
Amazon.com: Used and New: Planet Earth: The Complete BBC Series [Blu-ray]
but the seller is "Electronica Direct" or some more.
I am not sure if these are users repacking the stuff and selling as new or what is the deal with them ?
