Cable Replacemant For VSONIC GR07

My IEM has suffered a number of cuts which is 'self-inflicted'.By 'self' I mean the IEM itself.It is not even two year's old.I'm holding the cable together by using adhesive plaster.I bought it on amazon.com through a friend.

My question is "Is the cable replaceable" in India ?

Please help me.
