Can we open an " Second hand Dealers Section"

I never blame anybody or want to point out who is selling the AV goods as second hand in the name of members and claiming that they were used personally by them. It is an good initiative to help the community as long as the item is good and affordable price.

Can we open an " Second hand Dealers Section" in which any members are free to post in which they have not used it personally.
