I have bought Denon 1611 AV receiver, sonodyne sonus 2605V2 FS and roar 210 SW. Now I am going to buy Q -Acoustics 2000 C as Center Speaker and need two rear speakers to complete 5.1 system. Now should I buy YAMAHA NS-125F to use as rear speaker? I am getting YAMAHA NS-125F Floor standards in rs 8500/-(MRP is 15700/-). Or should I buy normal BS or rear speaker? Which will give better sound experience in rear- a pair of BS or rear speaker or FS?

Guys i need to decide within tomorrow. NS125F are FS. You can see the speakers on yamahamusicindia.com. Can this floor standing speakers be used as rear speakers? Or i should buy bookshelf speakers to use in rear.

Hi MKM,

Just one bit of advise before you complete your system. Please do not mix and match speakers. Buy the same speakers (Preferably the same series in a company) to voice and timber match. So for example if you are buying Sonodyne speakers buy all Sonodyne only or if you are going for Yamaha go for Yamaha for all speakers.

Otherwise what you will find is a "Khichidi" of speakers each sounding different at the same time!

The only exception you can make is the sub woofer which is non directional and omni directional. You can buy any of your choice.

Cheers
