Cannot reply in For Sale by Owner or PM anyone.

As the title say's i'm not able to reply in the For Sale by Owner or PM anyone.
Would like to contact a seller @Mukesh_Soni for buying the cables he has on sale.

Also what are the rules if there are any i.e. number of post count etc. Tried the FAQ section and sticky threads under the For Sale By owner didn't find anything or might have missed it.

As per the forum rules nobody is allowed to post on the For Sale threads apart from the sale owner him or herself. You can only PM the owner for the deal. But i think to get the PM facility you need at least 30 messages on your name. Please read the rules.
