CAR Sub Drivers/ Amp for Home Theater SUB?

I was just looking at some of the CAR Subwoofer drivers and amps, and i comparatively find less pricey than dayton's /TC sounds/ Peerless etc.

I am wondering, if i can use any of these combination and build something budget sub, which will sound good?

also wondering why these combination are not used generally by people to build home sub.

are they going to be more distorted?
will not be as loud as a daytons 250RMS and UM22-12 combo?
they are not going to be loud?
they will not be able to go as low?

why people are not making subs with these combinations while this whole propostion is less pricey?

car speakers are abused, and so they are made that way to endure the abuse.
Home speakers are entirely different.

In my experience All of home speakers can be used in car, but only few car speakers can be used in home, that too is limited to sub woofers
