Cdp with lowest output impedance

Hi Friends, Please suggest some CDP available with lowest impedance at the analog RCA output and the lowest jitter in the clock.

A better way to rephrase your question is "Please tell me about a nice sounding CDP within a budget of $$$".

Nobody remembers jitter values for their CDPs usually. The output impedance of your preamp will matter more I believe.
