Cheap 2.1 class D board amplifier

Just now i tried the amp using same 12v 1.5A adapter and its working, i know power is very less for the amp but i just wanted to test the amp.
I will try to arrange more powerful brick for the same.
Ha e you made case for your amp? Can you guide me for the same? Or can you please give me some lead for case?
Sorry I haven't as yet. (shortlisting boards, etc...)

Making one out of acrylic might be a decent idea but it all depends on how much you want to spend and how good you want it to look.

Alternatively you could look at 3d printing something

How many speakers of your sony 5.1 you are using? What is the ohms of your sub?
My router adapter is 12v 1.5A will it work with amp? I just want to try it to check amp working or not, is it safe?
2.1
12V/1.5A safe, just keep volume and bass minimal. For best performance use 5A or above adaptor with voltages less than 20V since you are using 3 Ohms spk
For case , you can repurpose any old set top box or router box-visit a local scrap dealer. Plastic is easy to work with, compared to metal. Requires no special tools, just use hot nails , xacto knife etc to make holes.
