Cleaning the SMPS fan

Hi all
My SMPS (Cooler Master 600W) of late has started to sound like a generator. I guess it must be dust clogged in the fan. Does anyone have experience in cleaning an SMPS fan?

Maybe use a vacuum cleaner ?

I tried that but I guess the fan needs a few drops of oil or something

Perhaps volatile solution(?alcohol) on tip of small brush which can pass through SMPS grills.

No shortcuts - open it and clean with a brush. I keep a cheap makeup brush for these kind of things.

By reversing a vacuum cleaner you can blow the dust out of the smps.

How old is the SMPS? I guess they offer 3 year warranty. Get it serviced/ replaced. Normal dust accumulation will not make so much sound.
Opening it will void the warranty.

use vacum cleaner to blow the dust away. still the problem exists replace the fan.

The solution is to clean it once and keep cleaning it regularly once a month like I do. never had problems.
