If you remember or have it noted somewhere then can you please share measured TS parameters after break in for M13KH?
I am trying to make speaker using M13KH and TL25SN and just wondering how much is the difference between actual and manufacturer specified TS params

Wow!! a DIY thread running for 4+ years!! and not even a prototype done . Happy to help (with my limited skills!) but unfortunately nowhere near Bangalore. If there is a similar or corresponding intitative going on within local (Trivandrum) HFV members, more than happy to contribute and build something.

Hi everyone,
I need a suggestion on low frequency performance of M13KH vs S16NI.
I just finished making an MLTL using M13KH and TL25SN, I am super impressed with low frequency response of M13KH, it feels like a subwoofer is hidden somewhere.
This is my first project where I used peerless woofer, Now I am thinking to make another pair of speakers using larger peerless woofer in a 3 way design.
Can I expect more bass from S16NI than M13KH ?assuming that the cabinet is designed properly for S16NI.
Specs wise it looks obvious that S16NI will perform better on low frequency band than M13KH, anyone have experience with the practical comparison of both?

Sorry for late reply. Missed it somehow. The 5.1 HT setup is for me and the Frugel Horns are cor FM Sathiamoorthy who happens to be a colleague of mine. All these are built by two brothers who are pro speaker box makers. Check out my build thread.

I recently purchased an engineered wood bedroom table for 1.3K
the thing came as a flat pack, and had extremely good tolerances and finish.
I was wondering if we could identify a 6.5" peerless woofer tweeter combo, design a crossover and a port to go with it + some cabinet hardware (optional - like grilles, binding posts, laminates etc) with a starting price of 12K or so - (under 10 if possible)

add a TPA3116D2 board, I think it would be a killer bookshelf at that price with slightly less than 50WPC

I was talking to a friend who is in one of the newer ecom startups which do furniture, and they design and get items build in india, and said that for smaller pieces, their manufacturers can do runs as low as 100 pieces per order.

But pricing this would be key
