Constructing a HT room using softwares (3d studio max etc)

Hi all,

Is anybody constructed a dedicated HT room using softwares like Lightwave or
3D Studio Max etc.

If so kindly provide inputs regarding using this approach.

Which software is the best for using the HT Room Design...?

I've used that technique and it definitely helps in visualizing the layout and helps one plan things better. My only input is to stay true to dimensions since that will ensure that the setup is accurate.

As far as software goes, you'll be better off looking for a free software like Sweet Home 3D rather than 3D Max or Lightwave since, in my opinion, those are too expensive for what you are trying to achieve. They also need a reasonable configuration to run happily.
