Hi,

As it is clear from the title I'm wondering which is better? cPlay or Virtual CD/DVD-ROM? I've been reading a lot on this forum and have tried out cPlay which I admit is an excellent player.

I have some 400 odd CDs and I'm wondering if ripping them in FLAC format is better (to be played on cPlay) or is it better to rip BIN and CUE files which can be loaded on a virtual drive and played on any player. cPlay while it is an excellent player takes a lot of system resources and is also very cumbersome to use. A virtual drive on the other hand offers the advantages of cPlay without draining the system resources.
