Customised system for my clinic

Hello everyone,
I am a dentist , and I am opening a new clinic in bombay. 250 sq.ft carpet area. will be divided into 4 zones approx 60. sqft each(1.reception and waiting room, 2. consulting room, 3. operatory 1, 4.operatory 2). I want to put up speakears in each zone and have individual volume control in the same. running on tight budget approx. 20-25k. any suggestions?I will be playing country, soft rock, retro, old hindi, blues and a few hip-hop.

(would prefer wall mounted speakers rather than ceiling)
