DAC less then 50$

I am using a Stoner Accoustics UD110 with a Topping TP20 MKII. It works well. I also have ELE-D01, but the output is very low, compared to UD110. Havent tried a headphone on the UD110, so no idea about it. I think the Hifimediy sabre dac and the UD110 are somewhat similar.

the UD 100 and the sabre both use the ES9023 chip, but the UD110 uses the PCM5102A, so its not quite the same.
