what happens if 192 khz sample is fed to 96 khz dac?

Yeah the DAC will downsample it and then play. So if the DAC supports 96Khz it will skip every other data from the 192 Khz input.
A beautiful, well-constructed speaker with class-leading soundstage, imaging and bass that is fast, deep, and precise.
