Dell ST2410 or BenQ G2420HD

guys pls help me im in a very confusing state from past 3 days on which one to go for my ps3..both have identical specs but benQ has 2ms GTG compared to dell 5ms does lesser ms makes any improvements ? and i like to know which has a better picture quality and nice exp of watching movies n playing games

I have a BenQ T2200HD monitor, (2 years now) and I've been very satisfied. I remember waiting for the E2200, but there were delays in launch.
