Did you check the shipping cost? It would cost you less or same in India if you include the shipping cost. It is better to buy from India as cost of this receiver is somewhat near 21-22K and you will get valid warranty.

Nothing mentioned about the input voltage on that site.
Assuming the receiver as 110v, you need 220v to 110v converter.You need to spend cash on that also.
