@The 0 mentioned is 0db and not Zero Volume. Switch your denon volume meter to show dB instead of 0-100 speedometer.
# My denon vol scale shows as
Scale -75.5 dB to -18.0dB
(When changed in dB)
As you said to set the master volume to 0.
Am not getting it right. Sorry

Yes that's the correct one. It's going from negative 80 to positive 18(-80 - +18). Is the missing + before 18 confusing you? Select that and increase the master volume. You should reach 0db.

Yes,atlast got it.Found only little bit difference between audyssey run and manually bringing dB to 75.
Should I have to do this for woofer too.If I go for woofer with this method there will a sea Change compared to audyssey run.
Correct me here.

Yes, ideally should do for all speakers. For Sub take it higher to 80-90db. However, with sub its always a bit tricky. 80db at your sitting location could be 90 at another. So unless you really feel the sub lacking after Audyssey, you can leave it as is or play around with its location.

Even after keeping my sub level to +12 it doesn't hit 80dB(shows only 55-60)
Shall I rise the volume knob in the sub.(using Velodyne impact 12,cross over 120Hz)

Yes increase the volume on the sub and see that the Sub level in receiver is in the range of -4 to +5.

I'm going to try this now....last question.... What do I want at 75dB? Music or movie or test tone? So basically....set the master volume to 0 dB.... And gradually increase the speaker's channel levels till I get 75 on the meter..... But what 75?
