Denon AVC A1XV

I have a Denon AVC A1XV that is not working - the audio output is not working at all. However, everything else is fine. Is there someone who can fix this for me?

Also, I am open to someone who can find a second hand Denon AVC A1XV or similar.

i apologise for the extremely stupid question, but - have you checked -
1 - The HDMI cable
2 - with another monitor
3 - With another source?

I have done all the trouble shooting I can. I have resetted the machine, tried multiple different inputs from different sources, different cables - none of it work.
