Denon AVR 1600 H problem - Zone 2 ON always

Hi Guys, some setting got changed in my Denon AVR in the last few weeks and by default Zone 2 is switching ON....So far I am not able to switch it OFF. I want the AVR to be in stand by when it switches on and not zone 2 ON... Any clue on switch off the Zone 2?

I tried that, it didnt work.....Some one said to press zone 2 button and setup together....what ever i do Zone 2 is ON by default

You can turn it off from the remote, click on Zone 2 button first and then the Power button.

Check if your amp assign is set to zone 2 in speakers-> Manual set up -> Amp assign

thanks Yes it was zone 2. But I am bit confused to which setting i should set it to? I have a 5.1 set up.....

You'll find the setting in heos app to switch off Zone 2.
Open Heos app on your smartphone>select your receiver at the bottom left > switch off zone 2. Refer attached image

Try setting it to surround back in amp assign and select none for surround back in speaker config. Power down the avr, restart and check

Hi..im in the same fix...am using a 2600 H denon AVR..what can i do.the avr doesnt get switched off and is always in zone 2..it shifts to main zone withe remote but then doesnt switch off

Press Zone 2 with remote and press Sleep with remote. Then press the Main with remote.
