Denon AVR X1100W Front Panel Display Issue

Hi,

I bought Denon AVR X1100W from Germany through amazon.de. My front panel display is not working. I tried options like setting Dimmer to anything other than Off and also the mode is not "Direct". Any thoughts on how to get this fixed?

Try resetting the avr a few times.

Thanks. You mean factory reset it a few times. Did it once but didnt help. Is this a known issue someone has faced?

I remember reading the same problem in avsforum or else where in x1100w.
