I currently own a Denon S650H model and not happy with the clarity on my speakers. Nor sure if it's my Tone settings or speakers. I use Audessey and wanted to fine tune it with the editor app but it is not compatible. Should I upgrade my receiver to get better sound clarity or speakers? I currently use a pair of 3way Bookshelf Speakers from Sony (rated at 6ohms). Used these speakers with a Yamaha receiver and it sounded good . I mostly listen to music (70%) and 30 % movies. New to this world of audio so any suggestion would help on how I could fine tune to get more crispness in sound. Thanks a Ton ! In advance

Yamaha is more musical than denon. If you prefer more music buy an integrated amplifier and matching speakers after listening to it.
For movies denon is recommended by many. You can use your current setup to watch movies.
