DIY concrete studio monitor and surround stand with LED lights

To make the stands stable, the Centre of Gravity should be as low as possible; to make that happen, the base should be the heaviest part of the stand that too by a large margin. I've seen aerocon bricks which are light in weight; best suited ito make walls.

Making a mould required nothing more than 4 pieces of wood of desired dimensions and 8 nails. :)

Planned to do so but due to the fact I was lazy thought to try out aerocon brick
And the main thing is the porous finish aerocon had
Was a compromise through
Will do a second build soon...
 
you can consider philips indirect lightup tubes

the super thin mounting brackets spoils the audio..
if its a decent pair for bookshelf .something sturdy mount must be used
