It is very cheap to make & to maintain because it runs on 10 times Long lasting LED instead of a lamp, Also LED cost is 7 times low when compared with a lamp

not really..

first of all the parts avilable at bujjbush are good..not great...
leds from hertzblaster are the best..thats proved many times..
plus the controller from bujjbush is not tested....about the performance...
plus no matching optics.....thats very bad
120mm back..okay..180mm fromnt..okk..but how 180mm triplet will be matching with 180mm front....there must be some gap between front nad lcd....theta gap will be compensated in tripet FL..if and only if the triplet FL is front FL+that gap....in an split design

and how led is 7 times lower cost than lamp,...

a epson 50k pj lamp would be max 12k i guess....

and 10 times long lasting..funny...a lamp life is(commercial 5k hours) where as led is 20k houres...

also if you are boosting bujjbush..not bad..i think..but u must mention all things..like water cooling for led..water cooling parts avilability etc...

changed osram 250 waee into a short arc bulb and in corporated reflector and condenser...

enjoy....however..HATERS GONNA HATE AND WILL SAY THEY ARE PHOTOSHOPPED ETC ETC....AND WILL ALSO SAY THESE ARE NOT FROM DIY PJ ETC ETC...

I WILL SAY HA HA HA HA...........

screen is still the chuna wala wall....however its so satisfying now..dropping plan for da lite high power as of now...

you may have noticed some corner cropping isssue in the pics.that can be solved.needs re opening of the enclosure and more fine tune.

we will discuss about diying pj in your place or in my place.
it will be a exciting conversation i think
as you can diy tube amps.....diying pj is a piece of cake to you.I believe that.
no electrical or electrnic skill is needed.
only good woodworking and super class alignment skill is needed.
building is real easy....the good old single lcd,fresnel,triplet,MH lamp theory...
..procuring exact right parts was a real hassle.

and you can visit my home for seeing the pj actually in action...anytime you would like to.just inform me so that i can adjust my shifts...you are most welcome anytime.i think its 30 minitues from your house.
