Do i need a AVR or AMP for my speakers?

HI everyone

I am new to this so please help.. I am buying these speaker as part of my project for collage to create some nice looking speaker for use in a modern home.. Im great at woodwork so im ok on this but the speakers i need help..

These are the speakers ^^. Please tell me do i need a AVR (old one) or do i need a 100W AMP?

Buy an inexpensive stereo integrated amp.
The link that you have provided is for a pair of speakers (stereo).

If you already own AVR, then no need to buy anything new at the start. If you have nothing, then start with stereo amp.
