Does prime video in india supports dolby atmos content?

it does - but prime has very limited atmos content.
However Netflix and ATV+ have plenty of titles in atmos . Most of the new content (and almost all in-house productions) on NF is atmos ..

Doesn't it even support atmos for prime video or hotstar?

Atmos is supported only for Prime channel. Other platforms Firetv 4k doesn't support Atmos.
As far as i know, only Tomorrow war movie is playing in Atmos, in India.

Prime video does have atmos content. Few recently released Amazon original movies like Gulabo Sitabo, Shershaah, Coolie no. 1, Tomorrow war etc. are in atmos
I want netflix to stream with dolby atmos. Which streaming device do u suggest?

For that U either need Nvidia shield or Apple tv. No other option in streaming devices possible...
Firestick 2021 is able stream in dolby atmos for netflix but that capped at 1080p. Will they provide software for 4k firestick as well or will they launch a next gen version of it? I see we also have fire cube as well but that around 12k... too much for me... dont want to spend more than 4-5k here
