Off the top of my head:

Fifth Element
John Wick
Hacksaw Ridge
Blade Runner: Final Cut
Blade Runner 2049
Hurricane Heist
Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them
Goosebumps
Enchanted Kingdom
Roger Waters: The Wall

All have excellent surround & overhead effects.

Please list top Dolby Atmos movies which has best effects.

Please request mods to change the thread title to Dolby Atmos / Dts X, so it serves as reference for both..

Some of them which i felt was very good..

Valerian and the city of thousand planets
San Andreas
Transformers: The last knight

Some regional

Ghazi attack
Mohenjo daro

Not sure if Bajirao Mastani had Atmos track, i lost the file..But, that was also good one..

Also if any one here has Telugu / Tamil movie file in Atmos, please update here..

Hi,

Yes, Bajirao Mastani has atmos track. Bahubali 1 & 2 has atmos soundtrack but in hindi. I liked "Phantom" in hindi atmos soundtrack.
There is one particular scene; when SAK enters stadium in UK. The entire stadium crowd clapping/cheering sound literally fills around you. It actually gives exercise to heights speakers. That paisa vasool moment, where you feel good to have atmos speakers:cool:. Rest of the movies is filled with heavy bass.

Guys My observation..
  • BladeRunner 2049 is a fantastic sound mix ..I bought bluray in Both Atmos & Auro 3d;)
  • Jumanji is also having good sound mix (Forgot the codec:p)
  • Black panther sound track was not that impressive (Need to increase Volume much )
  • Great Wall - Very good one for Video & audio
  • Power Rangers - Very good for audio (Movie sucks)
  • Justic League -Very Good video & audio (Though story line is not that muchh impressive)

13Hours -Atmos has a great sound tracks..
Dunkrick - The sound mix is an excellent one.Ur SUBS will be tested for sure.It contains DTS HDMA 5.1 codec only ,but it still beat many Atmos codec movies IMHO.
