Dolby surround, right speaker not working?

Hey I just recently purchased some Z906 speakers and was testing the surround in them, and it seems the right speaker doesn't work in surround.

All the speakers work when playing music and such, but when testing surround using the AC3 test here, they all work besides the right speaker?

I tried contacting logitech about it, but all they really said was that if all the speakers are working in a music player and such, then there shouldn't be an issue.

How are you connecting the speaker system to PC - analog inputs or optical input? Which player you use?

Check the windows sound control panel and ensure that the speaker system is set to 5.1 and all virtual DSPs are disabled. Also check the media player settings to see if it is sending audio in 5.1.
