I haven't seen any posts or news about the Dolby Dimension headphones on HFV so I'm creating this thread.

I was seriously interested in this, but am circumspect about the pricing. At 600$, it's nearly double that of a Sony MDR1000x3 - which I own. The Sony is the king of the hill at the moment, and no matter how much tech they pack into this, it's difficult to justify that price.

Of course, I'd be love to be wrong about this! Anyone with a clue as to why these 600$ headphones would beat say a top of the line consumer ANC headset from Sony or Bose?

These are just way too expensive. wh1000xm3 are much better.
