To access Facebook and Twitter on your LG Smart TV, you have to install the respective apps for these services. They are available absolutely free.

First, get a really good internet connection with stable bandwidth - at least 2 MBps. Then create an account and download the respective apps for FB and Twitter - you will see the icons in the Home Dashboard of your LG Smart TV. Then - go ahead. Accessing FB and Twitter using the Magic Motion Remote is fun - but the novelty wears off in a few days. I find it easier to access SNS on my PC.
