fiio k5 pro DAC as a preamplifier for Power amplifier

Kindly advice me if i can go ahead and purchase this DAC . i will be using it as a preamplifier for my poweramp which i will be going to buy

The specs says Line out ar 2vrms. Will that be enough? is it fixed or variable not able to understand.
