Hi,Good evening to all here.Recently I got introduced to saregama.com site for WAV (HD) songs/albums.It was quite good as I hardly find CDs nowadays.
All you music lovers are requested to share such Indian site(s).
Thanks

Thanks for recommending saregama! their HD (WAV) is not bad...i ran spek analysis...and its as good as HDTracks store....it may be ripped from LP or direct source...doesnt look like CD rip.

Awesome find - the saregama HD option.
I have not downloaded anything yet, but I think this is the first and only legal source of lossless audio.
Rs. 10 for an HD song seems to be reasonable.
Will try it out over a weekend once I get some HiFi system.

Edit: I noticed now that there are no new movie songs. :(

i downloaded 11.8 GB that night in total :)

I bought individual track last December from saregama

Aap Ki Ankhon Mein Kuch(Ghar 1978) in wav format.

HD quality no doubt. I have old mp3s of this, never heard the initial low nodes for first 10 secs.

Hey all. Thanks for sharing. Can u please say something about the price? Someone mentioned 10 INR per track which is very costly in my opinion. Can someone help about the pricing

Haven't actually downloaded but Rs 10 is for high quality. There is option to download mp3 version for Rs 4.
If you buy album, it is Rs 30 to Rs 100 for high quality from what little I have seen.
Surely, not expensive at all :)

The good part is you can preview 90 seconds of it. So if the preview quality is great then it's worth getting the hd version. Else YouTube is your best friend.[emoji12]
