Dream Theater - Awake...is available in today's downloads...hope you guys have taken it. It's as good as Progressive Metal gets...
Only allows me to download in 128/64kbps only. Couldn't be bothered!
Today I opened the mp3 library preference settings and I found the default download bitrate to be 128kbps. All the previous downloads were in 320kbps. I corrected the bitrate setting to 320kbps and now all downloads are in 128 kbps, even if the library shows 320kbps. Set the kbps back to 128 again, but no change.![]()
Yes, Even I tried today morning, download selected was 320kbps, but file getting downloaded is 128kbps only. I Thought only I am facing that problem.
Thanks,
Praveen.

If you are not getting 320 KBPS try this,
1. If you are using flipkart download manager, Open it and cancel all downloads. This is important without following this step downloader wont clean existing meta data
2. Goto your default download folder where browser store the files.
3. Delete all *.fkdm (check the exact extension name).
4. Goto MP3 library and change settings to 320 KBPS, save the changes (Not all files offered by flipkart is 320 kbps)
5. Select the songs/Albums you need to download . Open the *.fkdm file and restart your download.
Please also note that some files may NOT be available in 320Kbps. Setting a default rate in download manager does not automatically mean that all files will be available in in the bit rate set. You need to got to each individual file and set it to the appropriate available one.
Today I have downloaded few albums- direct download..and all are 320 kbps..All downloads are 128 - if you switch to 320 or even 64bit, the 128bit file gets dloaded. This is from yesterday.
I tried what svkndv suggested - cancelled dloads, deleted fkdm, even reverted the flyte version to the pre-offer, set all to 320 in library, dloaded fkdm, loaded in the old flyte version, still was getting 128.
Then I tried direct download without flyte - that's when I found that even if you switch 320 or 64, the dload file was of 128. I guess they have defaulted all dloads to 128, which no longer makes sense for me, since I have most of what I need in 128/192/256 already![]()
